Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (Free) — 5 to 10 business days (US only)
- Express Shipping ($4.99) — 3 to 5 business days (optional upgrade at checkout)
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems delayed or tracking stops updating for more than 10 business days, please contact our support team at info@nyfto.com We’ll contact the carrier or supplier to resolve it promptly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been submitted to our supplier. Incorrect address orders may be canceled or re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
