Currently, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.

At NYFTO, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will resolve the issue. Please read the rules below before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if all of the following are true:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Non-Returnable Items
Items labeled Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
Personal care items, underwear, and hygiene-sensitive products.
Custom-made or personalized products unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear after delivery.
Return Process
Email info@nyfto.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval and return instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship via a trackable courier to the address we provide.
We will inspect the returned item once received and notify you of the outcome.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped).

Refunds

If your return is approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return was due to our error.
A partial refund may be issued if the item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is returned beyond the allowed period.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Processing time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

Check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your payment provider or bank — it can take additional time to post.
If still unresolved, email info@nyfto.com with your order number and return tracking details.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. After verification, we will either:

Send a replacement (no additional shipping charge), or
Issue a full refund including shipping charges.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items — NYFTO is not responsible for lost return parcels until they arrive at our facility.
